Das Recht auf Selbstverteidigung im Gegensatz zum Pazifismus wird im Jugendfilmprojekt „Common Ground“ als moderne Romeo und Julia inszeniert. Dahinter stehen acht Jugendliche aus Israel und Österreich. Sie beleuchten im Kurzfilm die Shoah, die Armee in Israel und die Frage, wer Verantwortung übernimmt. Dafür erhielten Sie den 56. Fernsehpreis der Erwachsenbildung in der Kategorie „Fernsehfilm, Serien, Fiction, Doku-Fiction, Edutainment“
Der EINBLICK filterlos Film "Common Ground" hat den Fernsehpreis der Erwachsenenbildung 2024 in der Kategorie Fernsehfilm gewonnen!

In the youth film project EINBLICK filterlos 2023, aspiring young filmmakers (between 17 and 20 years of age) can produce their first film under professional conditions with the support of experts from the film industry.

Application
Young people between the ages of 17 and 20 can apply to EINBLICK filterless with a film idea or a short video. The eight
participants will be selected from the most creative submissions.

Development
Parallel to film workshops and/or lectures by professionals from the film industry (in 2023 the project language is partly English), the young filmmakers will develop the scenes and dialogue of the script.

Production
After joint planning and preparation, casting and location scouting, the shooting takes place, during which the young people are supported by film professionals.

Cinema
After post-production, the short film (approx. 30 minutes) is presented to the audience. The films will be shown in cinemas as well as on television - and they will also be submitted to film festivals.
